Yara advises on sustainability related matters for clients and assess the economic viability of their projects. She gained an interest in sustainable agriculture from her work experience in the Middle East. Yara has lived in between the United States and the MENA-GCC Region, developing programming aimed to spread sustainability practices within organizations and educational institutions. She holds an MSc in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, and a BSc in Environmental Health with a double minor in Education and Public Health.
