Mohamed Nazer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University and an MBA with specializations in Strategy and Sustainable Business & Innovation from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He began his professional journey as a Strategy & Management Consultant at Accenture in Saudi Arabia, where he provided strategic consulting services across diverse sectors including oil & gas, telecommunications, and military operations. His work at Accenture involved enhancing organizational performance, developing economic policies, and contributing significantly to the improvement of business operations and national economic growth strategies.

Following his tenure at Accenture, Mohamed pursued an MBA at NYU Stern, where he actively engaged in the Social Impact & Sustainability Association and was awarded the prestigious Directors Scholarship. During his time at NYU Stern, he served as a Research Assistant at the Center for Sustainable Business, focusing on strategic initiatives within the food ecosystem. In this role, he developed innovative financial models and business strategies for sustainable food projects, including the creation of a business model for a large-scale greenhouse project aimed at producing cost-competitive, ready-to-eat salads. Additionally, he collaborated with insurers and industry stakeholders to enhance health outcomes and economic viability through a food-as-medicine initiative. He also conducted in-depth research and analysis on market trends and consumer behavior, providing critical insights that informed strategic planning for sustainable consumer goods.
Mohamed gained hands-on experience in the food and agriculture sector as a Health & Sustainability Strategist at FreshDirect. There, he led strategic projects to improve customer engagement and operational sustainability, including the development of marketing strategies and implementation of waste reduction initiatives. His efforts contributed to advancing FreshDirect’s sustainability goals and demonstrated his capability in managing complex projects from inception to execution.
Currently, Mohamed is engaged in business development at Agritecture, where he drives initiatives to expand market reach, fosters client relationships, and identifies agritech trends. Additionally, he supports the consulting team with market research to inform strategic decisions and promote business growth.
