• EEA & UK Users (GDPR/UK GDPR): Agritecture is the Data Controller. Data processing for platform features relies on Contractual Necessity. However, requesting a permanent structured download or email export of your calculated metrics requires entering your details and actively agreeing to these Terms. By doing so, you form a legally binding agreement with Agritecture, LLC.

2. The Exchange of Consideration

In lieu of a cash software fee, you agree that the legal consideration for generating and exporting your custom mathematical report consists of your registration data and your agreement to our partner advertising framework:

• Database Recording: Your identifier data and calculated inputs are logged in Agritecture's database.
• Partner Advertising: You acknowledge that Agritecture may share your name, email, and specific lighting/crop parameters with commercial partners (such as LED lighting manufacturers and agricultural hardware suppliers) who may contact you directly for targeted marketing and product pitches.

3. Intellectual Property

5. Liability Caps & Venues

Agritecture’s comprehensive liability regarding your use of this tool is strictly capped at $50 USD. New York laws govern this agreement. Mandatory local consumer rights apply to global users where contractual waivers are forbidden by regional law.
